Calum Pryce


Calum has had a passion for health and wellness ever since the age of 16. It all started when he played football alongside his studies. When he finished his studies, he felt the next step was to get qualified as Personal Trainer. Although he finished the course, he felt there was still more he could learn to better help people achieve their health and wellness goals. This took him down the university route, where he studied strength and conditioning at the university of South Wales. The degree enables Calum to take a more evidence-based approach towards coaching, giving people the long term results they are after.


Calum is motivated to find the best plan for every individual, to help them succeed. When he isn’t coaching, Calum usually spends time with family and friends, playing or watching football, and lifting some weights in the gym.

His passions are weightlifting and football
